Because of the high intensity of these classes, the duration of the class runs for about 60 minutes which goes in line with the HiiT concept of exercise which gives you the after burn effect, which means your body will still burning calories to compensate for what was lost and what your muscles need for recovery for at least 24 hours after the class.
